Cravings…without the guilt, opened its doors on 2nd of May 2005. The initial concept was to create an eatery catering to all types of people, with or without specialty dietary needs.
"I wanted to create a place where friends and associates could gather and ensure that each person enjoyed their meal irrespective of whether they had a special dietary (eg diabetic, coeliac, weight conscious etc.) need or not."

The main principle was ensuring that food was produced on the premises using premium quality ingredients, with no preservatives or artificial additives.

The Most popular dietary need that we cater towards is gluten intolerance. In fact it has become so popular that we now have a whole menu dedicated towards gluten free foods in addition to our specials board. We make everything, from the pies and sausage rolls to the pancakes and slices.

Cravings... without the guilt also offers buffet or finger food catering for special private and corporate functions. We also have a great variety or Vegetarian, Gluten free & Vegan options!

We offer free delivery in the CBD and we can also provide waitress staff to serve the food and make your life even easier so you can relax and enjoy your function.
